Areas to focus on this year

The department was established in the year 1992  with seven(7) members by Pastor Mrs. Bernice Hextor as high powered voices. The group has since then grown into a department is made up of four (4) branches

• High powered voices- minister in contemporary tunes
• Inspirational hymn choir- minister in choral and hymnal tunes
• Sound  and media 
• instrumentalists

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE: JOHN 4:23 -24

OBJECTIVES

• To raise a new generation of true worshippers
• To be spirit filled minstrels
• To win souls through music
• To usher in the presence of God
• To be faithful workers in the lord’s vineyard

ACTIVITIES

• Choir fellowship/rehearsals every Saturday and 3^rd Thursday of the month
• Melodies of the Lamb- August
• Hallel
• The music minister conference

This is the Youth wing of the High Powered Ministries International which started in….It was created to give room for the youth to make wise use of their exuberance and as well showcase their God-giving talents.….. 

Purpose: To equip the Modern day Youth with all the necessary Spiritual, Physical and Psychological resources for Christ-like living whiles winning their kind into the kingdom of God.

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURES:

AIMS/OBJECTIVES:

• To build young men and women spiritually through prayer and teaching of the word of God.
• To equip young men and women physically through sports, games etc.
• To build end-time spiritual warriors who would stand for Christ, fulfilling all righteousness.
• To build young men and women for ministry.
• To train young men and women who would win their kind to populate the kingdom of god
• To train young men and women to become responsible and committed leaders 

ACTIVITIES

• Evangelism 
• Youth services- last Sunday of every month
• Sports: Fellowship through Healthy Competition across all type of games such as Football, Ludo, Oware, Lime and Spoon, Sack Race etc.
• Bible Quizzes

The mission and vision of High Powered Ministries International is to evangelize and win souls for Christ. One strategy the church uses is music and choreography, thus, drama mission. Through these acts souls can be ministered to and their lives turned around. It is an opportunity for members to also show their God given talents in the house of God.

Objectives and aims:

• Platform for members to exhibit God given talents
• Win souls 
• Give praise to God
• Fellowship

Foundation Scripture:

 This is all to win souls into the kingdom of God as well as giving opportunity to members to utilize their  talents.

VISION
The prayer department started as a prayer tower in Bolgatanga in the upper east region by Mama Ivy and Rev. Wilmort King. As time went on Rev. David Alale joined in. People came to pray and receive deliverance from morning around 8am to the afternoon around 3pm. When Rev and Rev. Mrs. Hiadzi came to Accra, because the church was a deliverance-based church more prayers was needed. So therefore, Mama Ivy and Mama Achidago started the prayer department in Accra and it was held every Tuesday’s. And as time went on Deacon Ben Teye joined in to support the department. And gradually Pas Celestine King joined later and became the Prayer leader of the department. Eventually the Saturday prayer meeting was introduced. 

PURPOSE

1. To pray to support the manifestation of the vision.
2. To intercede for the church.
3. To intercede for the nation.

AIMS/OBJECTIVES

1. To build effective intercessors who will stand in the gap for purpose of God to manifest in every area.
2. To build an end time army for the lord.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS

1. July – 21 days prayer and fasting.
2. Monthly 24 hour fasting and prayers.

At HPMI, we believe that we are commissioned to make disciples of all nations. Therefore, starting the discipleship process as early as possible is our aim.

The Children’s Ministry is named Jesus Generation. We encourage our children to grow just as Jesus did. (Lk 2:52).

The ministry is made up of four groups with a total number of 80 children grouped based on age ranges. These are Zero (0)- Four (4), five (5)-Eight (8), Nine (9)-Eleven (11) and twelve (12) -fifteen(15).

We also have seven (7) well trained and dedicated teachers to help instill the word of God in the lives of the children.

In line with our vision to help our children grow as Jesus did increasing in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man, our slogan is,

It is the passion of the women’s ministry to help women grow and mature in Jesus Christ into Godly women, wives and mothers by the learning and application of the unadulterated word of God through teachings, fellowships and activities.

The Ministry was founded the year………. By the deputy General Overseer- Rev. Mrs. Ernestine Ivy Hiadzi.

The department is made up of approximately 30 members. 

Hierarchical Structure:

PRESIDENT- 1^st VICE PRESIDENT- 2^ND VICE PRESIDENT – PRAYE SECRETARY- 1^ST ORGANISING SECRETARY- 2^ND ORGANIZING SECRETARY- TREASURER.
